I have been in the "basement" working on a new screening filter. Below are the Top 20 from that screen test. It has been working well the last two weeks.

Did you know that having a PEG ratio less than 1 is a nice foundation for screening. Companies with PEG ratio <1 in 2003 hit it out of the park with a 154.1% Median Return and a 225.2% Average Return. 92% of companies with a PEG ratio less than 1 beat the market over three years.

Which Sectors are Hot? Just One.

Quick and easy way to determine Risk ON or Risk OFF. Also, where's the big money flowing. 

Look for recent Sector ETF rotation. In this example using Sector Relative Strength last (14) days. The slider below will allow you for look from 200 days to 1 day. 

Right away I see Risk is ON.  Note Utilities (Flight to Safety) is down significantly. On a Bullish note I want to research leading Tech. stocks. That Sector is where the action is at the last (14) days.

I was surprised to see Financials are razor thin. I suspect many waiting on the Fed.

This Week - Strong U.S. Dollar

Look for a strong U.S. Dollar this week. Please review $UUP Chart below:

Note the positive divergence as price continued downward, MACD Histogram put in a lower peak. Price closed near top of Weekly Price Range, EFI rising & above the Zero Line and working out of the "Value Zone".

Full disclosure is important. Back-testing makes you a better trader. If your "mousetrap is broken, possible you need to fix it or find a better "mousetrap."

This week (29) stocks were posted to the Watch List.  All closed the week on a Green candle expect (4). (1) closed on a thin Doji. ($CLDX).

The (4) Red EOW's were $SC, $TTM, $SWM and $EBAY.

We all do this $SPLS was a B.O.B. (Blow Off Bottom) and was for the MAD Money Basket/Speculative Basket. It was not a system play, but did open up strong on Friday & rolled over.

All in all not a bad hit rate for (2) simple scans. Especially, considering the trading week environment.

Well, apparently most of us made it through FED. Day alive. Now we face a fourth Blood Moon and  Shemitah. Remember, "only price pays." 

I have consistently posted .25% in December 2015,  for a reason on TradingView.com. Plenty of global pressure on the U.S. 

Best to filter out all the noise and focus on your set-ups and price. But, your real job is to always manage risk. Buying is easy, selling not always so easy.

I post these stock ideas to track or add to your Watch List, using (2) scans I use daily. Both scans are high probability scans that I have tested and back-tested. Both are not subjective but, are consistent and reliable. I then sort of volume and "pick the cream of the crop."
